Who we are. ScoreProb (scoreprob.com) is operated by NewDator Sweden AB, organisation number 556949-1508, Byängsgränd 14, 120 40 Årsta, Sweden (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@scoreprob.com.
What we collect
- When you visit the site. Our servers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, so we can keep the site secure and working. Public pages of ScoreProb use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. Server logs are kept for 14 days.
- When you write to us. Emails you send to support@scoreprob.com are kept as long as needed to answer you and handle your request.
- When you create an account. Your email address; your password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form); an optional display name; your language and time zone; the teams, leagues and fixtures you follow; your notification settings; and, if you switch on browser notifications, the technical address your browser provides so we can send them. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier, and nothing else from your Google account.
- Emails we send you. We keep a log of account emails (type, time and delivery status) for 90 days.
- Cookies. When you log in we set one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary and used for nothing else. We set no other cookies.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To run your account and give you the service you asked for: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep ScoreProb secure, prevent abuse and keep it running: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To send you match notifications and digest emails you have switched on: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time in your account settings.
- To meet legal obligations such as accounting rules: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Brevo, to deliver our emails.
- Zoho, for the support@scoreprob.com mailbox (EU data centre).
- Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.
- Our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH (server location: Falkenstein, Germany).
- If you switch on browser notifications, the push service of your browser vendor delivers them.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer relies on an EU adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. The email log is kept 90 days. Server logs are kept 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. In your account you can download your data and delete your account yourself. You can also write to support@scoreprob.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or to your local data protection authority.
Age
ScoreProb is for adults. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Security
We use HTTPS, store passwords only as hashes and limit access to personal data to what is necessary.
