Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 November 2026
1. The service. ScoreProb, operated by NewDator Sweden AB, publishes football statistics, probabilities and analysis for information and entertainment.
2. Information only, not betting advice. Probabilities are statistical estimates, not predictions you can rely on. No outcome is guaranteed and past performance does not indicate future results. ScoreProb does not accept bets and is not a gambling operator. Anything you decide to do with this information is your own responsibility. Gambling is for adults (18+), may be restricted where you live, and can be harmful. If gambling is a problem for you, please contact a support service in your country (in Sweden, Stödlinjen).
3. Accounts. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time; we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
4. Acceptable use. Do not: scrape or automatically collect data from ScoreProb beyond what we publish for that purpose without our permission; try to disrupt the service or bypass its security; resell or republish our content or data as your own; or use the service unlawfully.
5. Content and ownership. The ScoreProb site, its design, data and models belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Team names, crests and similar marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify teams.
6. Free service and future paid features. ScoreProb is currently free. We may introduce paid memberships later, under separate terms shown to you before you buy. We will never charge you without your clear confirmation.
7. Availability and changes. We provide the service “as is”. We may change, suspend or end features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of ScoreProb or reliance on its information, including losses from betting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are decided by the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
10. Changes and contact. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will email account holders about material changes. Questions: support@scoreprob.com. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
